Terms of service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and NightlyBundle (operated by Tom Hanlon, contactable at hello@nightlybundle.com) when you use this website or subscribe to the service. Short version: pay weekly, we deliver books weekly, cancel whenever you like.
The service
NightlyBundle is a subscription that delivers bundles of e-books in EPUB format to the Send-to-Kindle address you provide: every evening on the daily plan, or every Friday evening on the weekly plan. Each bundle contains a poem, a short story, and an essay. Works are selected editorially or, if you choose, filtered by your genre preferences. All delivered works are in the public domain.
Your part
- You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe.
- Delivery physically cannot happen until you add kindle@nightlybundle.com to your Amazon approved senders list and give us a valid Send-to-Kindle address. If you skip that step, Amazon silently discards our mail. We'll remind you, but we can't do it for you.
- Keep your preferences link private; anyone holding it can change your delivery settings.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed weekly through our store platform (Shopify) and its payment providers. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
The books
Files we deliver are DRM-free and yours to keep for personal use, including after you cancel. The underlying texts are public-domain works; we claim no copyright over them.
Service quality
We aim for every bundle to arrive every week, but the service is provided “as is”: delivery depends on Amazon's Send-to-Kindle system, your approved-senders configuration, and email infrastructure we don't fully control. If a bundle fails to arrive, contact us and we'll re-send or refund that week. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, for example by automating requests against our systems, reselling deliveries, or using someone else's Kindle address without their consent. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and law
If we change these terms materially, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change applies; continuing to subscribe after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes belong to the Irish courts, though your local consumer rights always remain yours.
