Cancelling

You can cancel from your account at any time, with no notice period and no questions. Cancellation stops the next weekly charge; bundles already delivered are yours to keep. You can also pause or skip individual weeks instead of cancelling; paused weeks aren't billed.

Refunds

  • First 14 days: if you're not happy for any reason, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. This also satisfies your EU statutory right of withdrawal.
  • Missed deliveries: if a week's bundle didn't arrive and we can't fix it promptly, we'll refund that week. Just tell us.
  • No partial weeks: beyond the cases above, weeks already billed and delivered aren't refunded.

One honest caveat: delivery requires you to add kindle@nightlybundle.com to your Amazon approved senders list. If bundles don't arrive because that step hasn't been done, we'll help you fix it (and pause billing on request), but repeated charges during that period aren't automatically refundable, though we'll always be reasonable about it.

How to claim

Email hello@nightlybundle.com from your account address. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
